Regular Hours Support

The Inca support team is online and available regular hours from 8am – 8pm EST/EDT, M-F.
Communication about a ticket can take place by email, or if you would like to access your tickets online to check the status, you can do so via WISI Connect – wisiconnect.tv.
Emergency Support/After Hours Support
Outside of regular support office hours, service-affecting emergencies should be reported by sending an email with the details to email@example.com and by leaving a voicemail at our emergency after hours number: 778-819-8592.
The voicemail message will send a notification to the on-call support team who will respond within two hours and it will also open a ticket.
