The Inca support team is online and available regular hours from 8am – 8pm EST/EDT, M-F.

Communication about a ticket can take place by email, or if you would like to access your tickets online to check the status, you can do so via WISI Connect.


Outside of regular support office hours, service-affecting emergencies should be reported by sending an email with the details to and by leaving a voicemail at our emergency after hours number: 778-819-8592.

The voicemail message will send a notification to the on-call support team who will respond within two hours and it will also open a ticket.
